Meet Maya
Maya brings a dynamic, results-driven approach to every class, drawing on her background in Pilates, barre, and functional training. Originally from Los Angeles, she's recently made East Corrimal home - and we couldn't be happier to have her. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been practising for years, Maya's warm, inclusive teaching style means everyone in the room feels seen, supported, and motivated.
Her love of Pilates grew out of a lifelong passion for sport - rooted in basketball - and a desire to build strength, balance, and longevity in the body. Expect precise, technique-focused movement woven together with a music-led flow that makes the 45 minutes fly by.
