Lis has been teaching Yoga since 2008 when she completed her first teacher training in India. This journey ignited her love of travel, adventure, connection and learning. Over the years of practicing and studying many aspects of Yoga and other movement practices, she has experienced the profound effect it can have on the mental, spiritual and emotional self. Her inspiration is to bring this to each of her participants in her classes. Lis has speciality training in Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Pilates Mat and Reformer.
In her Yoga & Pilates classes Lis employs an in-depth anatomical and physiological knowledge gained from her qualifications and experience in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. Lis is able to apply this knowledge to students in her classes to ensure that each student is safe and participating in an effective practice that offers balance, healing and nourishment.
As an Exercise Physiologist, Lis specialises in neurological rehabilitation and see’s her clients privately in the studio and their home environment.

Searching for calmness and balance, and driven by curiosity, Sasha’s journey into the discovery and practice of yoga began in 2012.
With her ever-growing love and desire to know more about Yoga philosophy, and its teachings, Sasha immersed herself in Ray of Light Foundational Yoga Teacher Training with Rachel Nokes 2017. She then continued her Advanced Studies with Ray of Light Yoga in 2019. Sasha has also completed further studies with Sarah Ball Yoga for Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression in 2018.
Sasha teaches Viniyoga/Vinyasa styles, providing guidance in awareness and connection of movement, within the flow of your breath - blending movement, pranayama and meditation - she also loves sharing a little yoga philosophy with students!
Providing a safe and supportive environment, Sasha enjoys offering a range of options and adaptations to make yoga accessible for everyone and everybody.
RESTORATIVE YOGA

Kate is an Easty local and has been teaching out of her home studio for many years, and now brings her “restorative with an edge” practice to Gather, giving students a chance to slow down, rest and open their bodies.
Kate’s personal practice initially focused on the physical benefits of yoga - predominantly stretching and movement after running or gym sessions. It wasn’t until after 20 years in the NSW Police, and a diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Injury, did Kate’s practice go deeper, supporting mental health and trauma recovery.
In 2018 she completed Foundational Teacher Training with Ray of Light Yoga in Bulli - along with her co-teacher (and service dog), Gidget! In 2023 they completed Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Sukha Mukha Yoga in Bondi, followed by an IRest Meditation certification.

Dawn has been teaching yoga since 2015. Her Yang classes are dynamic and energising (Ashtanga-vinyasa; Jivamukti), and her speciality Yin classes weave Yoga philosophy and anatomy (Sarah Powers; Paul Grilley).
Before Yoga-Life, Dawn was a journalist for 10 years and later a full-time skydiver. When Dawn isn't practicing or teaching yoga she trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Black Belt), and swims at The Continental Pool.
Dawn is a student of the Mountains and Rivers Order of Zen Buddhists. Zazen and her marriage are her conscious spiritual practices.
