Vedic Meditation is an ancient and profoundly effective technique that allows the mind to effortlessly settle beyond thought into a state of deep rest and expanded awareness. Practiced for over 5,000 years, it is part of one of the world’s oldest living traditions and is widely regarded as the gold standard of meditation practices. Its benefits are supported by decades of peer-reviewed scientific research.
One of the most beautiful aspects of Vedic Meditation is its simplicity. It is easy to learn, enjoyable to practice, and accessible to everyone — no prior experience, special skills, or lifestyle changes required.
This complimentary introductory talk is an opportunity to meet Tim, learn how Vedic Meditation works, and discover what makes it distinctly different from other meditation techniques. We will explore the wide range of benefits regularly experienced through the practice, explain how the course is taught should you wish to explore this teaching further, and answer any questions you may have.
Meet Tim
Currently based in Sydney, Australia, Tim has lived an international life, spending much of his formative years in London, the United States, and Europe before returning to Australia in the mid-1990s.
A lifelong seeker, Tim has spent the past three decades deeply exploring the nature of consciousness. After many years of study and personal experimentation, his search led him to what he describes as the crest jewel of meditation — Vedic Meditation. With eight years of dedicated personal practice and two years of intensive formal study, Tim accepted an invitation to become an Initiator of Vedic Meditation and a custodian of this living tradition.
