Welcoming Suzannah: Monday 6pm Vinyasa Flow
Suzannah: Gather Wellness Studio · New teacher welcome
We’re so happy to welcome Suzannah to the Gather teaching team. From next Monday, she will be leading our Monday Vinyasa class at 6pm, a grounding way to let go of the day and settle into the week.
Who is Suzannah?
Suzannah has been teaching Vinyasa and Restorative yoga since 2022, and is known for her grounding presence, calming energy, and nourishing, nurturing classes.
She completed her 200-hour teacher training with Helen Wilkes at The Collaborative in 2021, followed by mentorship with Helen Wilkes and Emily Beale. Since then she has continued to deepen her practice through Yin training, a 75-hour advanced training in creative sequencing and yoga mythology with Clare Lovelace, and study of the elemental body with Emmie Rae. She has taught weekly classes at The Collaborative, led wellbeing sessions for corporate teams, and assisted on teacher trainings and retreats, including a yoga retreat in Bali.
Her teaching style
Rooted in yoga philosophy and inspired by nature, the seasons, and life experience, Suzannah weaves mindful movement, breath, mythology, and storytelling into thoughtfully sequenced classes that are creative yet accessible. Her approach is trauma-informed, with clear instruction and a light-hearted respect for the tradition.
In her Restorative classes, expect a warm, cocoon-like space with curated playlists, sound bowls, and the occasional luxurious savasana massage with oils.

Suzannah’s intention is to hold an inviting space where you can soften, settle into the present moment, and return home to yourself, your body, and your breath. If you have a friend who has been meaning to try yoga, or just needs a quiet start to the week, bring them along.
