Join Gabe for a 3-hour meditation session designed for those new to the practice. Whether you’re interested in finding ways to manage stress, improve focus, or simply explore mindfulness, this workshop will guide you through the basics of meditation in a relaxed and supportive environment.
You'll learn simple techniques, such as breathing exercises and guided visualisations, that can easily be incorporated into your daily life.
No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore and a desire to connect with a sense of calm. The practices shared in this session can help you build a foundation for ongoing well-being and inner peace.
The workshop will included a break with light refreshments for afternoon tea.
About Gabe
Gabe Morahan is a trained transpersonal hypnotherapist, past life and spiritual regressionist, theta healer, breathwork practitioner, and forest therapy guide. With decades of experience, she has supported clients in accessing their inner healing resources to address a wide range of physical and mental challenges. Gabe’s training in meditation has also played a key role in her approach, allowing her to offer powerful tools for anxiety, stress and mental wellbeing.
Having personally navigated the complexities of living with chronic illness, C-PTSD, anxiety, and depression, Gabe brings a unique, empathetic perspective to her work. Her own healing journey has provided her with deep insights into the body’s responses to anxiety and a strong desire to help others overcome similar struggles. Gabe works closely with individuals but also values the transformative power of group work and community connection in the healing process. Through both personal experience and professional training, she is dedicated to guiding others toward greater emotional and physical well-being.
