Meet Yuan Jing
Yuan Jing is a 34th generation Shaolin disciple. He lived in a Shaolin Temple as a warrior monk from his teenage years for 20 years. For the past 20 years, he has been teaching Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu, and other martial arts.
His teachings focus on the dynamic power of Shaolin Kung Fu, the graceful flow of Tai Chi, and the meditative energy work of Qigong, offering a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being. Whether for self-defense, fitness, or mindfulness, his goal is to guide individuals on their journey to greater health and harmony.

Due to the nature of this workshop, refunds, transfers, or rain checks are not available within 7 days of the course commencing. Please ensure you check your schedule before booking. Participants are eligible to one man cup class from our weekly schedule if 8 hours notice is given to non-attendance.
