Workshop for Anxiety

In this 90 minute session, Gabe will provide you with knowledge to help you to become aware of why your body goes into an anxiety response. Learn tools that you can implement immediately and on a daily basis into your life to help you to reduce any anxiety symptoms.

If you are a chronic over-thinker and worrier, this session will help you to learn tools that will assist you to find more peace and calm in your life, that may up until now, have eluded you.

This workshop welcomes new students to Gather, no prior experience in Yoga or breathwork required.

About Gabe Morahan

Gabe Morahan has trained as a transpersonal hypnotherapist, past life and spiritual regressionist, theta healer, breath worker and forest therapy guide. She has had decades of experience of helping clients find their inner healing resources to heal from all sorts of issues both physical and mental.

Having most recently experienced her own challenges associated with living with a long-term chronic illness, C-PTSD, anxiety and depression she now helps others from a place of having lived the experience. From her own challenging experiences, she now has much deeper insights and profound understandings of what happens in our body when we experience anxiety and has a strong desire to teach people how they can overcome anxiety.

Gabe works one on one with clients but also understands the power of the group and connecting in community to heal.
