Hidden Language Hatha Yoga

Hidden Language Hatha Yoga with Laury Furney

4-Week Course | $90 or included in Unlimited Membership
Tuesdays 4pm to 5:15pm
October 14th to November 4th

Discover a deeply reflective and meditative approach to Hatha Yoga in this unique 4-week series with Laury Furney.

Hidden Language Hatha Yoga is a gentle and introspective practice developed by Swami Radha. Far more than just physical postures, this style uses the asanas as a gateway to self-discovery and spiritual insight. Through the use of metaphor, symbolism, visualization, and journaling, students are guided to uncover the "hidden" messages each pose holds, personally and universally.

Laury has been practicing Hidden Language Hatha Yoga for over 20 years with her teacher, Angela Gaffakin, and brings deep experience and sensitivity to the space she holds.

Each class is quiet, spacious, and self-directed. Students are encouraged to move slowly, observe their physical, mental, and emotional responses, and take time to journal between asanas. The experience closes with deep relaxation and optional group reflection.

What to expect:

  • Gentle, meditative movement

  • Guided self-inquiry

  • Journaling between asanas

  • Deep relaxation

  • Small group sharing (optional)
